How do I get my party package?

The party packages will be available for your pick up. The Panamanic Card will be available on site from any Sunquest Promotions Staff Member. The Club La Vela Card is available for pick up at the Club La Vela Gift Shop. You will need your ID to pick up your cards.

How does payment work?

You have 2 options on payment. You can either pay everything in full at the time of booking, or if you book far enough in advance, you can use our PayDelay service to split your payments up into 3. And remember, once you have paid, the room is yours... guaranteed!

What happens if I need to cancel?

Cancellation policies can vary by destination and hotel, and if you cancel at the last minute, cancellation policies tend to be a little more strict. Be sure to read the booking terms and conditions when you book to review each cancellation policy. If you need to cancel, call us toll free at 1-866-969-9880 and our agents can assist you.

What if I need to add or remove a person from my booking?

This will need to be handled as a cancellation and you will be re-booked. Note that cancellations to re-book are generally not subject to the same cancellation policies as set forth in the terms and conditions, but may be subject to change fees.
