Check-in Policy: All guests must be a minimum of 18 years of age or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. The person whose name is on the reservation MUST be present at check in!
Damage Waiver Boardwalk Beach Hotel will collect a $45.00 non-refundable damage waiver fee per room at check in. This is insurance that covers your room for up to $1500 in accidental damages when reported prior to departure.
NO REFUND FOR EARLY CHECK OUT!
One parking pass per room.
AMENITIES FEE: Boardwalk Beach Hotel will collect at checkin a $5.95 per room, per day telephone access fee which includes unlimited local and long distance phone calls (Continental US Only).
There will be a minimum $35 fee per reservation per change for qualified changes to reservations, including additions or subtractions of guests. Changes to the reservation may result in additional charges. All modifications to a reservation are subject to the prevailing availability and hotel restrictions, including minimum night stay requirements.
