From Highway 231, take 23rd street to Highway 98 West, cross Hathaway Bridge, continue on Highway 98 West to Beckrich Road and turn left. Turn left at the second light (Fornt Bech Rd.) and the Sunspree is 100 yards on your Right.
From Highway 79:
From Highway 79, turn left on Back Beach Road (Hwy. 98). Turn right on Beckrich Road. Turn left at second traffic light (Front Beach Rd). The Holiday Inn SunSpree is 100 yards on your Right.

Age Requirement: At least one guest in each room must be 18 years of age or older. Any guests in the party that are under the age of 18 must bring and present a notarized Parental Consent Form at check-in. ALL guests must have an ID available at check-in. We accept Drivers license, State issued ID, passport or military ID, please note - School identification will not be accepted.
Check-in Policy: The person whose name is on the reservation MUST be present at check in! All students MUST have ID at check in as well.
Security Deposit: All rooms will require $200 cash security deposit for 1-4ppl with $50 for 5th and 6th person. Security deposits are mailed back 10-14 days after departure so long as there are no damages.
NO REFUND FOR EARLY CHECK OUT! Changes to the reservation may result in additional charges. All modifications to a reservation are subject to the prevailing availability and hotel restrictions, including minimum night stay requirements.

Changes to the reservation may result in additional charges. In the event of a cancellation, if trip can be reinstated, a reinstatement fee of $35 per reservation will apply in addition to the Late Payment Fee. NO REFUNDS FOR EARLY CHECK OUT!
