$200 Cash Security Deposit per Room for Guests Under 25. Refundable at Check-out. Lead guest in each room must be 18 years old or older. Parties consisting of some guests under the age of 18 traveling without parents or legal guardians require a consent form signed and notarized by their parent or legal guardian. All guests must have a photo identification card. SORRY, NO PETS! Changes to the reservation may result in additional charges. All modifications to a reservation are subject to the prevailing availability and hotel restrictions, including minimum night stay requirements.

There will be a minimum $35 fee per reservation per change for qualified changes to reservations, including additions or subtractions of guests. Changes to the reservation may result in additional charges. All modifications to a reservation are subject to the prevailing availability and hotel restrictions, including minimum night stay requirements.
Reservations: There is a $100 Late Payment Fee due in the event that the PayDelay payments are not received or do not go through, the reservation is subject to cancellation. In the event of a cancellation, if trip can be reinstated, a reinstatement fee of $35 per reservation will apply in addition to the Late Payment Fee. NO REFUNDS FOR EARLY CHECK OUT!
