Driving Directions:
From Hwy. 231 South:
Turn right on Hwy. 98 West (15th Street). Travel approximately 8 miles going over the Hathaway Bridge. Follow it to the Panama City Pkwy. (Hwy 98) West. The hotel will be on your left just before the Bay Bank and Trust.
From Hwy. 79:
Take a left, heading east on the Panama City Beach Pkwy., Hwy 98. Follow it approximately 7 miles into Panama City Beach and the hotel will be on the right, just after the Bay Bank and Trust.

AGE REQUIREMENTS:ONLY 1 person in your party has to be 18 years of age!
SECURITY DEPOSIT:A $250.00 cash security deposit, per room will be due upon check-in. The deposit is refundable upon check-out, if no damages is done. MainStay Suites is a SMOKE FREE hotel. The full $250 deposit will be retained if there are any signs of smoking and/or damages made to the room.
Please Note: Bedding is only provided for 4. Air mattresses will be provided to guests on a first come first serve basis at no additional cost to the guest (limited quantity available). Additional bedding (including pillows) must be supplied by guest. MainStay Suites will provide linens for the extra bedding if needed.

There will be a minimum $35 fee per reservation per change for qualified changes to reservations, including additions or subtractions of guests. Changes to the reservation may result in additional charges. All modifications to a reservation are subject to the prevailing availability and hotel restrictions, including minimum night stay requirements.
Reservations: There is a $100 Late Payment Fee due in the event that the PayDelay payments are not received or do not go through, the reservation is subject to cancellation. In the event of a cancellation, if trip can be reinstated, a reinstatement fee of $35 per reservation will apply in addition to the Late Payment Fee. NO REFUNDS FOR EARLY CHECK OUT!
