Beachfront Standard with 2 Double Beds- Sleeps 5! - Sleeps up to 5
Standard Gulf Front Room with 2 Double Beds, Sleeps 5. Coffee Maker. Private beachfront balcony. Room sleeps 4 comfortably but will allow a maximum of 5 guests. Guests must supply their own additional bedding. At least 1 guests must be 18 years of age or older!
Beachfront 2 Room Suite with King Bed-Sleeps 5 - Sleeps up to 5
Gulf front two room suite with king size bed in bedroom and living room area with sleeper sofa. Full kitchen with full-size refrigerator and stove, microwave, coffee maker. Private beachfront balcony or patio. Room Sleeps 4 but will allow up to 5, guests responsible for additional bedding such as a sleeping bag or air mattress. Check-in Policy: At least one guest staying in each room must be 18 years old or older. The person whose name is on the reservation MUST be present at check in! All guests must have a valid picture ID (government issued; i.e., drivers license, passport).
Security Deposit: $225 security deposit (cash or credit card), no exceptions, military and married couples included, due at check-in, refundable at checkout. There will be ZERO tolerance for damage, theft, or abuse of the property.
Registration Fee There is a $25 non refundable registration fee due upon checkin.
Cleaning FeesThere will be a $45 cleaning fee due at the resort.
Guests must supply their own additional bedding for the 5th person. Air mattresses will be provided (maximum one per room) upon request for $45 per week payable at check in. Extra bedding must be brought by guests.
NO REFUND FOR EARLY CHECK OUT!
A limit of 5 guests per room.
One parking pass per room. Property requires wristbands to be worn.
Check in is 4 pm (CST). Saturday check outs are at 8 am (CST),
The possession of illegal drugs, fireworks, or contraband of any kind will not be tolerated. Kegs and funnels are also not permitted. Bring pool and/or beach towels.

In the event of a cancellation, if trip can be reinstated, a reinstatement fee of $35 per reservation will apply in addition to the Late Payment Fee. NO REFUNDS FOR EARLY CHECK OUT!
