From the East::
Take I-10 West to US-231 South to Hwy 98 West into Panama City Beach. Once over the Hathaway Bridge, veer left onto Front Beach Rd for approximately 2 1/2 miles to Joan Ave. Turn left on Joan Ave and property entrance is first left at 40 Joan Ave.

SECURITY DEPOSIT: There is an additional security deposit of $300.00 (REFUNDABLE) required upon arrival. This refundable fee is for any damages that may occur in your room during your stay. After inspection of room damage fee will be refunded in the event no damages have occurred. Part or this entire fee will be retained should ANY damage occur during your stay in your room.
AGE REQUIREMENT: All guests must be a minimum of 18 years of age or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. The person whose name is on the reservation MUST be present at check in!
There will be a minimum $35 fee per reservation per change for qualified changes to reservations, including additions or subtractions of guests. Changes to the reservation may result in additional charges. All modifications to a reservation are subject to the prevailing availability and hotel restrictions, including minimum night stay requirements.NO SMOKING
$150 cleaning and deodorizing fee will be charged to the guest if there is evidence of smoking in the room or if the guest is seen smoking in the building.
AMENITIES FEE: Local Phone calls are included. Long distance phone calls will only be permitted with a valid credit card on file and will charged to such card for usage. Schedule of fees is available upon request and in each room. Phones can be turned off to long distance calling for your convenience so you will not incur charges.
This is a pet friendly hotel, however there will be a nominal fee of $10 per night per pet.
